Skills Class

Our Skills Class focuses on fundamentals and advanced basketball techniques, including ball handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, and decision-making. Each session is structured to maximize player development in a high-energy, instructional environment.

Group Workouts

Small-group training allows players to work in a competitive setting while still receiving individual instruction. These workouts incorporate skill development, agility drills, and game-scenario training to enhance overall performance. Limited to 8 spots.

Individual Workouts

Designed for athletes looking for personalized attention, our Individual Workouts focus on refining specific skills tailored to each player's needs. Sessions emphasize shooting technique and consistency, ballhandling, defensive positioning, and overall basketball IQ. Available by appointment.

Open Gym

Open Gym provides players with an opportunity to apply their skills in a live, game-like environment. Players can work on their game through pickup games and 3v3 games.
